Tuition and Fee Schedule 2022/2023
NO FEES
for field trips, textbooks, workbooks, classroom supplies, student photos, student accident insurance, and tuition refund insurance.
APPLICATION AND TESTING
Applies to new students only, including siblings. Covers application processing and testing for entry to grades K–7 — $100.00 non–refundable. For new students to Westminster‘s preschool, including siblings, the fee is $50 non–refundable. Westminster‘s preschool students applying for kindergarten will be considered returning students and not charged the application fee; however, the registration fee still applies.
REGISTRATION
For new students –– $500.00 registration fee (non–refundable) and $1,000.00 enrollment deposit (applied to first tuition installment, April 30, non–refundable).
ENROLLMENT
For new students, reserving a place in a forming grade is accomplished by completion of the Enrollment Agreement form, payment of the $500.00 registration fee and the $1,000.00 tuition deposit, and enrollment in FACTS.
PAYMENTS
For the 2022–2023 school year, application fees can be paid by check or PayPal. Registration and enrollment fees may be paid by check, PayPal, or this year, through FACTS. Tuition, bus and extended day payments must be made through FACTS management using automatic debiting, unless selecting the one–payment plan, which may be paid by check. DISCOUNTS
TUITION PAYMENT PLAN DISCOUNTS: 1 pmt.–3%; 2 pmts.–2%; 4 pmts.–1%; monthly–full price. MULTIPLE STUDENT DISCOUNTS: For the second student from the same family, deduct 10%; for the third student (and each additional), 15%; (Percentage based on full tuition for payment plan and grade of additional student(s).)
Notes: Limited financial aid funds are available. Recipients must apply each year and complete online applications at https://sssbynais.force.com/familyportal; Westminster School‘s code is 1941 for the NAIS application. Also required: Submit a copy of your prior year‘s IRS 1040 form directly to Business Manager, Westminster School. Returning student‘s deadline to submit SSS forms and taxes is April 15, 2021 in order to have any award applied properly to the first tuition payment in FACTS. All financial information is kept confidential. Westminster‘s preschool students are not eligible for financial aid unless they have a sibling in K–8, and also are full–time.
