Tuition and Fee Schedule
NO FEES
For field trips, textbooks, workbooks, classroom supplies, student photos, student accident insurance, and tuition refund insurance.
APPLICATION AND TESTING
Applies to new students only, including siblings. Covers application processing and testing for entry to grades K–7 – $100.00 non-refundable.
For new students to Westminster’s preschool, including siblings, the fee is $50 non-refundable. Westminster preschool students applying for kindergarten will be considered returning students and not charged the application fee; however, the registration fee still applies.
REGISTRATION
For new students: $500.00 registration fee (non-refundable) and $1,000.00 enrollment deposit (applied to first tuition installment, April 30, non-refundable).
ENROLLMENT
For new students, reserving a place in a forming grade is accomplished by completion of the Enrollment Agreement form, payment of the $500.00 registration fee and the $1,000.00 tuition deposit, and enrollment in FACTS.
PAYMENTS
Application fees can be paid by check or PayPal. Registration and enrollment fees may be paid by check, PayPal, or through FACTS.
Tuition, bus, and extended day payments must be made through FACTS management using automatic debiting, unless selecting the one-payment plan, which may be paid by check.

Multiple Student Discounts
For the second student from the same family, deduct 10%; for the third student (and each additional), 15%.

Active-Duty Military Discount
Westminster School deeply appreciates the service and sacrifice of members of our nation’s military.
As an expression of gratitude, Westminster School offers a 10% tuition discount to all children of active-duty U.S. military personnel.

Limited financial aid funds are available. Recipients must apply each year and complete online applications at
https://sssbynais.force.com/familyportal; Westminster School’s code is 1941 for the NAIS application.
Also required: Submit a copy of your prior year’s IRS 1040 form directly to Business Manager, Westminster School.
Returning students’ deadline to submit SSS forms and taxes is April 15 in order to have any award applied properly to the first tuition payment in FACTS.
All financial information is kept confidential.
Westminster’s preschool students are not eligible for financial aid unless they have a sibling in K–8, and also are full-time.
