Child Care Supervisor

Westminster School seeks an experienced Child Care Supervisor for our extended day (after-school care) program for the 2026-2027 school year. Hours: 2:45 – 6:00 p.m. (approx.), Mon-Fri., on all school days. Responsibilities include sharing daily supervision of students, overseeing homework, snack, outdoor play, and arts/crafts. In addition, staff members help to ensure that the program meets all VA Dept. of Social Services licensing requirements, as well as all operating standards set by the school administration. Requirements include: two years’ relevant experience; criminal background check; excellent English; dress code; professional appearance and demeanor; some college preferred.
