Physical Education

It is our goal that every child achieve a strong foundation in physical education during the formative years of development. The establishment of beneficial fitness and health practices in the early years enhances self-esteem, promotes life-long, healthy behaviors, and encourages positive social development. Westminster provides a balanced physical education program at each grade level which includes a broad spectrum of activities which are consistent with the age-related level of development. Students in all grades have P. E. class every day. Students in grades K-2 change into tennis shoes for P. E. class. Westminster provides P. E. uniforms for students in 3rd-8th grades.
