Development
Westminster School provides a superior elementary program (K-8) for the lowest tuition among comparable area schools. Donations, however, help Westminster achieve goals beyond the scope of its basic program. Through Annual Giving, supporters can enhance the Westminster experience for current and future students.
Development Report
The goals for the 2007-2008 Annual Giving Campaign, “Make That Goal,” are to raise $110,000 in donations and to increase participation percentages throughout the Westminster community. To date we have raised $94,000. Additional plans include broadening participation by alumni and alumni parents through various gatherings and communications.
Gifts will help Westminster School:
- Raise funds for the purchase and development of much-needed additional land;
- Ensure Westminster’s ability to attract and retain exceptional teachers;
- Maintain the high quality of programs currently benefiting Westminster students;
- Help launch and build new programs;
- Establish a trust fund to ensure that a Westminster education will be possible for future generations.
Ways of Giving
- Send a check, payable to Westminster School, designated for the Annual Giving Campaign.
- Pledge a donation to be paid by the end of the campaign year, June 30, 2008. Reminders will be sent periodically. Payment may be apportioned throughout the campaign year or made in one payment.
- Double or triple your gift through your employer’s matching gift program. You may check with the Human Resource Office at your place of employment or call the Westminster School Development Office to check on your employer’s participation.
- Designate Westminster School #79935 through United Way or CFC (Combined Federal Campaign). Please send us a copy of your designation for our records to ensure proper credit.

“Make That Goal” Special Recognition:
- With a donation of $500 or more, you will receive a select Westminster School commemorative item.
- With a donation of $1,000 or more, you will be invited to an elegant evening of dining and entertainment hosted by the Headmaster.
