Summer Programs ~ Policies for Registration and Payment

Enrollment:

The full-day camps and the afternoon enrichment classes all have minimum and maximum enrollments which vary by class/camp. The full-day camp is guaranteed to run for the full seven weeks. Once the maximum enrollment in a class or camp is met, a notice will be posted on the web site that the class or camp is closed. A waiting list will then be maintained.

Payment:

Two options are available for registration and payment:

  1. Parents may download the appropriate registration form(s) and submit payment by check payable to Westminster School.
  2. Mail to:

    Summer Camp at Westminster School
    Attn: C. Fugate
    3819 Gallows Road
    Annandale, VA 22003

  3. Parents may fill out the appropriate registration form(s) and submit the form(s) on line and make payment through PayPal.
  4. For Summer Fun Camp (full day):
A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $200.00 is due with the registration. The enrollment deposit will be deducted from the balance. Payment in full is due by May 15, 2010. Failure to make final payment on time may result in the child’s space being forfeited to a student on the waiting list.

    For Afternoon Enrichment Classes:
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. Refunds are only granted if the class is cancelled for under-enrollment or because Westminster School cannot provide the class for unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will also be made if the child’s space can be filled by another child on the waiting list.

Cancellations:

The full-day camps and the afternoon enrichment classes all have minimum and maximum enrollments which vary by class/camp. Westminster School reserves the right to cancel any afternoon enrichment class that does not meet that class’s minimum enrollment requirements. The decision to cancel a class will be made two weeks prior to the start of that class. If a class must be canceled, Westminster School will contact parents to arrange for the child to enroll in an alternative class or to join the full-day camp in the afternoon. If parents prefer, a full refund will be provided. Every effort will be made to see that all classes are held as planned. The full-day camp is guaranteed to run for the full seven weeks.
