Tuition & Fee Schedule 2012-2013


FEES

APPLICATION AND TESTING:
Applies to new students only, including siblings. Covers application processing and testing for entry to grades
K - 7~ $100.00 (non-refundable).

REGISTRATION:

  • For each returning student during registration period 1/21/12 - 2/03/12 -- $160.00; after 2/03/12 -- $230.00. Each registration must also include enrollment deposit of $420.00 (applied to first tuition installment April 30). All registration and enrollment deposit fees are non-refundable.
  • For new students during the open enrollment period effective February 16, 2012 ~ $300.00 registration fee (non-refundable) and $500.00 enrollment deposit (applied to first tuition installment April 30, non-refundable).

TUITION CHARGES INCLUDE extracurricular fees for all field trips, textbooks, workbooks, classroom supplies, basic P.E. uniform and team uniforms, student photos, student accident insurance, and tuition refund insurance.

ENROLLMENT

  • For returning students, reserving a place in a forming grade for 2012/2013 is accomplished by submission of a completed Enrollment Agreement form by the student's parents and payment of the $160.00 [$230.00] registration fee and the $420.00 tuition deposit.
  • For new students, reserving a place in a forming grade is accomplished by completion of the Enrollment Agreement form and payment of the $300.00 registration fee and the $500.00 tuition deposit.

MULTIPLE STUDENT DISCOUNT: For the second student from the same family, deduct 10%; for the third student, 15%; for the fourth, 20%. (Percentage based on full tuition for payment plan and grade of second, third, or fourth student.)

Note: Financial aid funds are available. Recipients must apply each year. Complete online applications at sss.nais.org/parents or call Mrs. Nelson at 703-256-3620 to receive a packet. Westminster School's code is 1941 for the NAIS application. Also required: Submit a copy of your 2011 IRS 1040 form to Business Manager, Westminster School. All financial information is kept confidential.
