October 23, 2011:  Family Open House (2:00-4:00 p. m.) A wonderful opportunity to meet current students, parents, and staff.  Tour the school and learn more about the Westminster program. Children are welcome. 

November 1, 2011:  Applications begin to be accepted for the 2012-2013 school year. 

Year-Round:  Testing, classroom visits and interviews take place.  Testing of prospective students takes place on campus, by appointment with the admissions office.  The SSAT or ISEE is also acceptable for students applying to grades 5-7.  (Westminster School does not consider applicants for 8th grade.)

January 31, 2012:  Open House for Prospective Parents (9:30-11:00 a.m.)  An excellent opportunity to tour the school during school hours (Fairfax County Public Schools are closed for a Teacher Workday). 

February 10, 2012:  All applications to be considered in the first round of offers sent out in March must be received in the Admissions Office.

February 29, 2012:  All transcripts and teacher recommendations are due to the Admissions Office for early applicants. 

March, 2012:  Notification letters are sent to applicants who complete the admissions process by February 29, 2012. 

Parents notify Westminster School of their decision by signing the
Enrollment Contract and paying the Enrollment Deposit.

April 30, 2012:  Enrollment Contract is binding and first tuition payment is due.

March-August, 2012:  Applications received during this time will be processed within two weeks of completing the application process.  Registration and Enrollment continues during these months.
