Applications for the 2010/2011 school year are accepted during the school year for grades that have openings available. Please contact the admissions office for details.
Open House Schedule and Admissions Calendar
September, 2010- August, 2011: Tours of the school are available by appointment.

October 17, 2010: Family Open House (2:00-4:00 p. m.) A wonderful opportunity to meet current students, parents, and staff. Tour the school and learn more about the Westminster program. Children are welcome.
November 1, 2010: Applications begin to be accepted for the 2011-2012 school year.
November 2, 2010: Family Open House (9:30-11:00 a. m.) Tours of the school will be conducted from 9:30-10:15 a. m. Mr. Ellis Glover, Headmaster of Westminster School, will make a presentation at 10:15 a. m. Additional tours will be available following the presentation for those interested.
January-February, 2011: Testing, Classroom visits and Interviews take place. Testing of prospective students takes place on campus, by appointment with the admissions office. The SSAT or ISEE is also acceptable for students applying to grades 5-7. (Westminster School does not consider applicants for 8th grade.)

February 26, 2011: All transcripts and teacher recommendations are due to the Admissions Office for the first round of applicants. All testing and visits of prospective students must be completed.
March, 2011: Notification letters are sent to the first round of applicants.
- Parents notify Westminster School of their decision by signing the Enrollment Contract and paying the Enrollment Deposit.
- Applications continue to be accepted for grades with availability.
April 30, 2011: Enrollment Contract is binding and first tuition payment is due.
March-August, 2011: Applications received during this time will be considered in grades where there are openings and will be processed within two weeks of completing the application process.
